The success of the farmland application program is only part of the story. Mishawaka is pleased to offer a new program that gives biosolids away to area gardeners and landscapers absolutely free if you load the biosolids yourself!

We are located at 1340 S. Logan Street. Nutrasoil is normally available from 8-11:30am and 12:30-2pm, M-F.

If we load the material for you, there is a nominal fee of $2 per cubic yard. ($2 minimum charge for quantities less than one yard) We cannot accept cash—checks & money orders only.

The product, called NutraSoil, resembles black dirt and is great for gardening, landscaping or lawn establishment. More than 2000+ of our Mishawaka Utilities customers have participated in the NutraSoil give-away program. You can spot them— they have Mishawaka's 2000+ finest lawns & gardens!
