Notice is hereby given that the Mishawaka Electric Utility, Mishawaka, Indiana, under and pursuant to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission Act, as amended, and Commission Order in Cause No. 40095, hereby files with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for its approval, the following incremental changes in the Rate Adjustment factors by Rate Schedules: Residential -Decrease $0.001330 per KWH Commercial -Increase $0.003924 per KWH Commercial Power -Decrease $0.003382 per KWH Comm. Electric Heat -Decrease $0.002138 per KWH Municipal -Increase $0.000455 per KWH Rate Adjustments applicable to the Rate Schedules are as follows: Residential - $0.018524 per KWH Commercial - $0.026339 per KWH Commercial Power - $0.012633 per KWH Comm. Electric Heat - $0.061988 per KWH Municipal - $0.017418 per KWH The accompanying changes in schedules of rates are based solely upon the changes in the cost of purchased power and energy, purchased by this Utility computed in accordance with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission Order in Cause No. 40095 dated April 5, 1995. The 2009 Water Quality Report has been printed and was mailed to all customers with their utility bills during the month of June, as required by law.
