Base rates are subject to quarterly adjustments (Appendix A) to reflect changes in the wholesale cost of power. Rates and charges are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service, which can be examined at the Business Office of Mishawaka Utilities, 126 N. Church Street, Mishawaka, Indiana. Copies may be obtained at the same location.

This electronic tariff is not the official tariff as filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Mishawaka Common Council. Every attempt has been made to ensure that this electronic version is timely and accurate and reflects the same information as found on the "official" tariff.
