(C) Gasoline, benzene, naphtha, fuel oil, or
other combustible, flammable, or explosive liquid, solid or gas
of whatsoever kind or nature having a closed cup flashpoint of
less than 140 degrees Fahrenheit or 60 degrees Centigrade using
the test methods specified in 40 CFR 261.21.
(D) Any garbage that has not been properly shredded.
(E) Any ashes, cinders, sand, mud, straw, shavings,
metal, glass, rags, feathers, tar, plastics, dough, wood, paunch
manure, garbage, or any other solid or viscous substance with
particles greater than one-half inch (½") in any dimension or
any material which can be disposed of as trash or is capable of
causing obstruction to the flow in sewers or other interference
with the proper operation of the POTW.
(F) Any waters or wastes having a pH lower than
5.0 or higher than 11.0 or having any other corrosive properties
capable of causing damage or hazard to sewers, structures, equipment
or personnel of the POTW.
