The Business Office, conveniently located for the last 55 years at 126 N. Church St. in downtown
Mishawaka, is home to a support staff of 30 professionals.
The group serves the centralized customer service, billing, data processing,
finance/accounting and administrative functions for our three operating
divisions: Electric, Water, and Wastewater Treatment.
We support all 27,000 electric, water and wastewater customers by arranging
for service installations, repairs and changes, issuing more than 35,000
service orders last year alone.
Customer Service is what we're all about. People who locate here frequently
compliment us for our prompt, courteous response to a request, whether
a billing question, a service problem, or just a request for information.
While owned by the City of Mishawaka, Mishawaka Utilities is not
in any way supported by tax dollars. Our operation is totally financed
by the customers we serve. If there is some way we can be of better
