A. New Account Service Charge—$ 14.00 one-time charge

B. Service Deposit—One-sixth (1/6) of normal annual
bills per service location
C. Dishonored Negotiable Instrument Charge—$ 20.00
D. Reconnect/Disconnect Charge
Single Phase
During Office Hours—$ 20.00
After hours—$ 45.00
Sundays & Holidays—$ 55.00
Three-Phase
During Office Hours—$ 100.00
After hours—$ 225.00
Sundays & Holidays—$ 275.00
E. Reconnect, when Disconnect is required at pole, in vault,
manhole or service box
$ 100.00 during Office Hours

$ 275.00 on Sundays & Holidays
F. Meter Test Charge—Free every two years if required
1. Single Phase—$ 10.00* if more frequent than every
2 years
2. Three-Phase—$ 30.00* if more frequent than every
2 years
*Fee is refunded if meter is off more than three percent (3%)
G. Service Call ("no power" call when the Customer is at
fault)
Same as Reconnect/Disconnect Charge (D, above)
H. Late Payment Penalty—10% on the first $3.00; 3%
on the balance
I. Meter Tampering Charge
1. First Offense—Actual cost of parts, labor, equipment
and overhead plus cost of service estimated to have been used,
based on prior history
2. Second Offense—Same as above, plus $ 50.00
3. Subsequent Offenses—Same as above, plus disconnection
J. Credit Agreement Fee—10% of arrears amount or $20,
whichever is less. (Added to payment agreement)
K. Temporary Service Charge (meter on pole during construction)
$ 50.00 for residential building

L. Energy Management System—$ 20.00 installation charge
