Rate Adjustments

The Rate Adjustments shall be on the basis of a Power Cost Adjustment Tracking Factor, occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased and generated power and energy, in accordance with the order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, approved April 5, 1995, in Cause No. 40095 as follows:

Rate adjustments applicable to the below listed Rate Schedules are as follows:

Residential - $ 0.002446 per kWh

Commercial - $ 0.001895 per kWh

Commercial Power - $ 0.002317 per kWh

Commercial Electric Heat - $ 0.001735 per kWh

Municipal - $ 0.002542 per kWh

To be billed in January, February and March, 2003.

For Consumption beginning with Zone 3 on or about November 20, 2002 and continuing until on or about February 20, 2003.
