We accept credit and debit cards for payment of MU deposits and accounts under the following guidelines:
1) We accept only VISA and MasterCard credit or debit cards.
2) Sorry. We cannot accommodate such payments over the phone. Our system requires that we retain on file a signature for each transaction.
3) We cannot accept such payments at our drive-thru window. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, you will need to visit a payment window inside our Business Office.
4) If you have been placed on "Cash Only" status with us, you do have the option of paying with credit/debit cards as well.
5) We accept credit/debit cards for payment to reconnect, in the event your service has been interrupted for non-payment if paying in our Business Office. However, if you are paying for reconnection after hours, we require payment by money order. Our Service Representatives are not equipped to accept credit card payments in the field.
6) We gladly accept credit/debit cards to cover checks returned for NSF.
